Dear Parents/Guardians,

We warmly welcome your family to register for your child’s sacramental preparation. We offer preparation to families with children:

• in year 3 or above in the current academic year; and

• who attend Mass at The Sacred Heart

Please complete the online form or hand in a copy to the Parish Office by the 24 of September 2023.

The suggested donation towards the costs of the First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion Preparation Programme 2023/2024 is £30 per child.
